Categorizing Your Opponents Part 2

Had a quite a busy week especially with the HK vs SG thingy.(I feel that I did not do that well that time but it's over liao le.This means that more training needed.:D)

Anyway, pls play tactics ogre especially you have a workable psp.Hahaha.It is really fun(provided that I can kill you since there is a multiplayer mode.)Sadly for now,I only have one person to play it which is Leslie but he pretty busy with digging sand for army.:P

Back to topic now.

How do you categorized your opponents?
(Imo,there is no absolute right way of categorizing your opponents. But it works for me hopefully it also works for you.:D)

1.Rushdown or Turtling
Before you go into playing the opponent, you need to know what your opponent style is.(Mostly I feel that people here are more of the turtling kind...)
You may ask why I said that.I notice rushdown players generally are more impatient because they want to get in to do their things. So if I know that guy is rushdown type,I normally play a more keep away game so that they cannot get in.
About turtling players, they tend to do moves that are relatively safe or low risk.Generally they look out for reversals more than anything.

2.Poh A LOT or Poh very little
Poh a lot-means lots of random reversal or ultra on blockstring, wakeup, frame trap and etc
Poh very little-vice versa
People who poh a lot you do your frame trap. One word:You fly up the sky and eat a fwd.hk and ultra.Advice here:Dun frame trap happy on him and bait reversal.Normally people who poh reversals got two kinds:
One got brain and the other dun have brain
The one got brain do reversal when they feel that you tend to do something a lot.(like after doing cr.mp for ryu,you like to go for slam or another cr.mp all those)
The dun have brain one just do reversals without considering that your pattern. They just do it.This one is easier to bait.:D
For those poh very little, you can do your frame trap or block strings more generously.:D

3.Level of understanding
It is the level of understanding of the game.
Why is it important to know this?
It is because too many people play the opponents like everyone has a high level of understanding of the game.In the end, they eat those moves that people who know a lot dun use one.
One of the best example for me was fighting a guile last time.I forget who I was using that time. But to cut the story short,I teo sweep to death by guile...That guile was moving back all the time and doing sonic boom and cr.hp and sometimes air throw. That was okay but when I was doing my sk pressure, sweep came out and I get hit by it.I became du lan and more especially when I was walking forward, sweep came out and hit me.
I feel that understanding your opponent and knowing their level of understanding helps to deal with them better.

So that is basically it for now.And get ready for part 3.
Hint:P***er Specific
